Section 215
Any person or person who encourages or orders or commits or conspires to be punished
(1) A person who encourages or orders to commit an offense written in this paragraph shall be punished in the same manner as the principal offender.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), any person who engages in the industry or conspiracy or becomes intoxicated shall be punished with half of the punishment for the offence.
